摘要
目的研究鹰嘴豆水提物降血糖作用及可能的作用机制。方法对正常小鼠进行空腹血糖试验,对四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖小鼠进行空腹血糖及糖耐量试验并对胰腺HE染色观察胰岛损伤情况,对肝脏PAS染色观察肝糖原变化。结果鹰嘴豆水提物可降低实验性高血糖小鼠的空腹血糖,保护和修复胰岛组织的损伤,提高肝糖原含量。结论鹰嘴豆水提物具有降低实验性高血糖小鼠的血糖作用,其作用可能通过保护和修复胰岛组织损伤,促进肝糖原合成来实现。
Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of the chickpea water-soluble extract(CWE) and its possible mechanism.Methods Normal mice were selected for the fasting blood glucose test.For alloxan-induced hyperglycemia mice,the fasting blood glucose test and glucose tolerance test were conducted,observing the damage of pancreas islet by HE staining and the change of hepatic glycogen by PAS staining.Results CWE reduced fasting blood glucose level of hyperglycemia mice induced by alloxan,protect or restore the damage of pancreas tissues and raise the content of hepatic glycogen.Conclusion CWE can reduce blood sugar in experimental hyperglycemia mice by the possible mechanism of protecting or restoring the damage of pancreas tissues and promoting synthesis of the hepatic glycogen.
