摘要
利用极早熟杂交种榛子愈伤组织,通过HYP诱变得到新的变异愈伤组织,经抗低温特性及相关生理生化特性的研究结果表明,尽管随着HYP浓度的升高,愈伤组织的成活率有明显的下降,但经脯氨酸含量、电导率等抗寒指标的测定及POD同工酶谱分析,由较高浓度HYP(8、10 mmol/L)诱导产生的变异愈伤组织,其抗寒性有明显提高。
New variant callus was taken by HYP mutation used of early maturing hybrid hazel callus,which was selected as cold resistant variant callus by studying on their low-temperature resistance and relevant physiological and biochemical characteristics.Provide the important genetic material for cultivating new cold resistant variety of hazel and further studying physiological and biochemical characteristics in cold resistance.The results showed that although the survival rate of callus was markedly reduced,while the cold resistance of variant callus induced by HYP of higher concentration(8 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L)increased largely through the test of cold resistant index including proline content and electric conductivity and the analysis of POD isozyme.
