晚期恶性肿瘤患者157例营养治疗临床分析 被引量:5

A Clinical Analysis of Nutritional Therapy in 157 Cases with Advanced Malignancy

摘要 [目的]探讨"全合一"联合ω-3鱼油脂肪乳营养治疗对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效。[方法]157例晚期恶性肿瘤确诊患者,联合应用"全合一"肠外营养制剂及静脉用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳,按照每天20kcal/kg体重的热量和7g/m2体表面积的氮量供给,行肠外营养治疗,辅以肠内营养支持。[结果]103例ECOG评分≥3分者接受营养治疗2~3周,ECOG评分平均下降1分。28例在营养治疗下,顺利完成2~4个周期化疗。26例已死亡者中25例死于肿瘤恶液质、多器官功能衰竭,存活期3~7个月。全组病人未发生脂肪栓塞、脂肪廓清障碍、呼吸困难等严重并发症。[结论]营养治疗可以改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者生存质量,营造有效抗肿瘤治疗机会,是恶性肿瘤综合治疗的重要手段之一。
