摘要
用皮下注射吗啡 ,建立雄性大鼠吗啡依赖模型。戒断组给吗啡依赖大鼠侧脑室注射乌拉地尔( IVC)。阳性对照组给正常大鼠 IVC,阴性对照组给正常大鼠 IVC相同体积生理盐水。用免疫组织化学方法观察吗啡依赖大鼠 ,IVC戒断大鼠和 IVC正常大鼠垂体远侧部 TSH细胞的变化。结果发现 ,吗啡依赖大鼠和IVC戒断大鼠 TSH免疫反应细胞的面数密度减少 ,免疫反应减弱 ( P <0 .0 1)。阳性对照组大鼠 TSH免疫反应细胞的面数密度增大 ,免疫反应增强 ( P <0 .0 5 )。本文对吗啡及乌拉地尔所引起大鼠垂体远侧部
The morphine dependent model of male rats was made by subcutaneous injection administering morphine and the abstinent model was made by injection lateral ventricle(IVC) ministering urapidil. The positive control groups(normal rats) were given urapidil by IVC urapidil and the negative control groups were given normal saline. The changes of ACTH cells in the pars distail hypopysis on the morphine dependent rats and the abstinent rats and the positive control rats were studied by immunohistochemistry. The experimental results showed that the intensity of positive staining of TSH cells and the numerical sensity of TSH immunoreactive cells were weakened(P<0.01) as compared with the negative control on the morphine dependent rats and the abstinent rats but they were increased(P<0.05) on the positive control rats. The mechanism of the above change was discussed in the paper.
