摘要
为了有效利用固硫灰资源,研究利用水泥固硫灰稳定碎石制备路面基层材料。通过保持水泥用量不变,改变固硫灰与集料的比例,采用无侧限抗压强度试验确定结合料与集料的配合比;通过保持集料含量和级配不变,改变水泥与固硫灰比例的方法,研究了不同配合比混合料强度随龄期的变化规律,并通过180 d与28 d抗压强度比值来反映水泥与粉煤灰比例的优劣;测试了混合料的膨胀率、冲刷性能及抗冻性能。结果表明,水泥固硫灰稳定碎石路面基层前期强度发展较快,后期强度高,体系膨胀性较小,性能良好。
To recycle FBCF effectively,this paper studies using cement-FBCF stabilized crushed-stones as road base materi- als. Through varying the proportion of FBCF to aggregate while maintaining cement amount constant,using the unconfined compres- sive strength to determine the proportion; through varying the proportion of cement to FBCF while maintaining aggregate percentage and gradation constant,the variation law of mixture strength index with age is studied by experiment,and the best cement to fly ash proportion is represented by 180 d/28 d compressive strength ratio^in addition,the expansion rate, erosion property and frost resistance are tested. The test results indicate that the cement-FBCF stabilized crushed-stones base materials early strength has developed rapidly,late strength is high,system inflation is smaller, and pavement performance is good.
