摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Cu-Ce/TiO2纳米颗粒,在环境测试仓内进行甲醛的可见光催化降解实验,评估其光催化活性。正交实验结果表明:3个因素对其光催化效果影响的程度是Cu-Ce掺杂负载量>Cu-Ce摩尔比>烧结温度;在可见光条件下对甲醛气体光催化效果的优化方案为:Cu-Ce掺杂负载量3%,Cu-Ce掺杂摩尔比1∶1,烧结温度500℃。
In this paper, Cu-Ce/TiO2 nano-particles were synthesized by sol-gel method.Their photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degrading formaldehyde gas under visible light irradiation.Orthogonal experiments results show that the orders of effectiveness of every factor affecting degrading ability to the photocatalysis of Cu-Ce/TiO2 nano-particles was as below: Cu-Ce- doped loading〉Cu-Ce molar ratio〉sintering temperature. Finally,the optimum scheme for the preparation of it under visible light irradiation was:Cu-Ce-doped loading of 3%,Cu-Ce molar ratio of 1:1 and sintering temperature of 500 ℃.
