摘要
采用改性环氧树脂,配以活性稀释剂、柔性固化剂等制备了一种新型无溶剂柔韧性环氧灌浆材料,并对其浆液性能和固化物力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,在最佳配比时,环氧树脂灌浆材料浆液的黏度可调至110 mPa.s左右,可操作时间90 min,且固化物具有良好的柔韧性和力学性能,其断裂延伸率为9.8%、抗压强度为70 MPa、抗拉强度为37.6 MPa。
in this study,a new kind of flexible solvent-free epoxy grouting material was prepared by mixing modified epoxyresin with active diluents and flexible curing agent. The performance of its slurry and mechanical properties of curing materials were studied. The results showed that at the optimum proportion,the slurry with viscosity of about 110 mPa's and the operation time of 90 minutes resulted in curing materials with good flexibility and mechanical properties. Its elongation is about 9.8%,the compressive strength is about 70 MPa, and the tensile strength is about 37.6 MPa.
