摘要 研究了热轧带钢自动厚度控制(AGC)鲁棒预测模型与控制问题.提出了一种全新的AGC动态鲁棒预测模型,并给出了对应的控制策略.首先通过弹跳方程,分析了传统AGC控制模型的局限,讨论了变刚度AGC与鲁棒控制的联系;其次,针对轧机机架间传递的扰动,在AGC的前馈部分,引入H∞滤波器,使得轧件在输送过程中传递的不确定性得到了有效的抑制.同时,利用预测控制(MPC)预测机理,对轧制力进行动态预测,使得轧制条件迅速优化;最后用仿真结果表明所提控制策略的有效性与可行性. A novel dynamic robust predictive-model-control strategy for the automatic gauge control(AGC) is proposed for the hot strip mill. Limitations of traditional AGC are analyzed based on the spring equation; and the relation between the variable stiffness AGC and the robust control is considered. An H-infinity filter is introduced into the forward-feedback loop of AGC to reject the disturbances caused by stand-vibrations in conveying strips. Meanwhile, the rolling force is predicted based on the prediction property of predictive-model-control(MPC) for optimizing the rolling conditions. Simulation results show the feasibility and validity of the proposed control strategy.
