摘要 锂离子电芯卷绕机是生产锂离子电池的关键设备,提出了一种三卷绕头的全自动锂电池卷绕机,描述了其工作过程和总体系统构成,对正负极片和隔膜放卷纠偏装置、三卷绕头卷绕机构设计的实现进行了阐述,解决了自动放卷、卷绕、贴终止胶带、下料4个主要工序的自动化衔接问题,大幅提高了生产效率。 Lithium-ion batteries winding machine is the key equipment of lithium-ion batteries production,this paper presents a three-winding automatic lithium battery winding machine,describes its working process and the overall system structure.The paper further describes in detail the design and implementation of the unreeling and deviation rectification mechanism of electrode films or the separator films and the three-winding-head winding mechanism.The automatic lithium battery winding machine solves the problems of automated interface of the four main processes such as the automatic unreeling,winding,pasting of coated fabric and baiting,increases the production efficiency.
