摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定复方二氧丙嗪茶碱片中盐酸二氧丙嗪的含量及含量均匀度。方法:色谱柱为Agilent-C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱;流动相为水-乙腈-三乙胺(90:10:0.2);流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长:226nm。结果:盐酸二氧丙嗪在5.04～100.76μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997);平均加样回收率为99.04%,RSD=0.17%(n=9)。结论:本法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确可靠。
To establish a method for the determination of content and content uniformity of dioxopromethazine in compound dioxopromethazine hydrochloride tablets by RP-HPLC. Method： The column was Agilent-Cls （150mm × 4. 6mm,5 μm） with wa- ter - acetontrile - triethylamine （90： 10： 0. 2） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1 and UV detection wavelength was at 226 nm. Result： The linear range of dioxopromethazine was 5.04-100. 76μg.m1^-1. The average recovery was 99. 04% , RSD =0. 17 （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion ： This method is specific, simple and accurate.
