介绍了利用天然气蒸汽转化工艺制氢,平衡氯碱生产中过剩的"氯",增产PVC的方法。对天然气制氢工艺流程、关键设备和材料的选择以及装置运行情况进行了详细介绍。
A method of balancing excessivc chlorine produced chlor-alkali production with hydrogen, which was produced by converting natural gas with steam, was introduced. Process flow, selections of key equipment and thcir materials, and running situations of the plant were analyzed in detail.
