我院“特殊使用”类抗菌药利用分析

Analysis of Utilization of Antibiotics for Special Use in Our Hospital

目的:分析我院"特殊使用"类抗菌药的应用情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药提供参考。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)等指标,对我院2008～2010年"特殊使用"类抗菌药的应用情况进行分析。结果:"特殊使用"类抗菌药销售金额排序与DDDs排序比0.40～5.00;部分"特殊使用"类抗菌药对主要目标菌的耐药率50%～75%。结论:"特殊使用"类抗菌药应从严引进,严格按规定应用;应参照药敏试验结果选用,并全部纳入细菌耐药监测范围,建立临床应用预警机制;针对一定程度的滥用问题,应在医疗机构采取严格的限制措施。

Objective：To analyze the utilization of antibiotics for special use in our hospital in order to provide references for rational use antibiotics in clinic. Method ： The utilization of antibiotics for special use in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 was analyzed with DDD and DDDs as index. Result：The ratio of sales order to order of DDDs of antibiotics for special use was between 0.40-5.00. Drug resistance rate of some antibiotics for special use to major objective microbials was between 50%-75%. Conclusion：It is necessary to strictly control the introduction of antibiotics for special use and their utilization according to relevant rules. So some relevant measures should be taken such as selection of antibiotics based on results of drug sensitivity test, monitoring of drug resistance and establishment of warning systems. In light of some degree of drug abuse, strict measures should be adopted.in medical institutions.
