脐血红系祖细胞及其生长刺激因子的比较观察

摘要
本文采用细胞集落培养技术，对照研究40例脐血的红系祖细胞（BFU－E）和红细胞生成素（EPO）爆式集落促进活性（BPA）。结果显示，在不加用EPO、BPA而仅加脐血集落刺激因子（CB－CSF）的培养体系中，同样可生成BFU-U－E，而且富含EPO、BPA等红系集落刺激因子。
