摘要
用扁桃酸对急性弓形虫感染小鼠进行实验治疗,动态观察小鼠感染弓形虫后腹水中弓形虫数量的变化、光镜结构及超微结构的改变。在小鼠感染弓形虫24 h 、72 h 将小鼠解剖及小鼠发病死亡后取小鼠腹水,分别计数试验组和对照组各时间腹水中弓形虫数,并将腹水涂片做Giemsa 染色,光镜下观察虫体结构变化及用腹水制作电镜切片。结果显示,试验组小鼠3 个不同时间腹水中弓形虫数与对照组相比均明显减少( P< 0.01) ;光镜观察可见试验组小鼠腹水中弓形虫形态异常,虫体肿胀,胞膜破裂,胞质减少,胞内出现空泡,胞核染色质疏松、聚集成块,核内出现空泡;电镜观察可见虫体超微结构受到不同程度的破坏。
The efficacy of Mandelic acid(MA) against Toxoplasma gondii in mice was studied. We observed the changes of the amount, the structure and the ultrastructure of T. gondii . The results showed that there was remarkable difference between test group and control group. The amount of T. gondii in test group was less than in control group( P <0.01). The changes of the tachyzoites of test group included abnormal shape, cell swelling, cell membrance and neclear break up. Great damage of the ultrastructure of T. gondii caused by MA was observed as well.
