摘要
格尔德霉素(geldanamycin,GDM)和安丝菌素(ansamitocin,ASM)分别是由吸水链霉菌(如streptomyces hygroscopicus17997)和珍贵橙色束丝放线菌(如actinosynnema pretiosum ATCC31565)产生的具有抗肿瘤活性的安莎类抗生素.
