溶剂热合成纳米CeO_2-TiO_2粉体及其光催化性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以硝酸亚铈和三氯化钛为原料,采用溶剂热法制备了不同钛铈摩尔比的纳米CeO2-TiO2复合氧化物,并用X射线衍射仪和BET测试仪等分析手段对合成产物进行了表征。以酸性橙7为目标降解物,对合成产物的光催化性能进行了测试。结果表明:CeO2-TiO2复合氧化物具有高效、快速的催化性能,光催化反应50 min,Ce:Ti(mol.)=1:1的CeO2-TiO2复合氧化物在高压汞灯照射下对酸性橙7的降解率为88.5%,而单相TiO2对酸性橙7的降解率为62.5%。 Nano-CeO2-TiO2 mixed oxides were synthesized by solvothermal method with different molar ratio of Ce : Ti. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and N2 sorption. The photocatalytic perforrnances of the powders were evaluated by using acid orange 7 (AO7) as degradation agent. The result shows that CeO2-TiO2 mixed oxide possesses an efficient and fast photocatalytic performance. The degradation ratio of AO7 in the presence of CeO2-TiO2 mixed oxide with Ce : Ti (mol.) = 1 : 1 can reach 88.5%, irradiated by a 100 Watt high-pressure mercury lamp for 50min, however, the degradation of AO7 only reached 62.5% by single phase TiO2.
