铌钽矿尾砂在结晶釉中的应用研究

Using Niobium-Tantalum Mine Tailings for Crystal Glaze

通过对铌钽矿尾砂的化学分析、矿物分析、粒度分析研究,加入铌钽矿尾砂、玻璃粉、方解石、氧化钛、氧化锌、长石等原料,研制出硅酸锌为主要晶体的结晶釉。其烧成温度1230℃,析晶温度1130℃,保温时间100分钟。实验结果表明,晶花的析出及大小与配方组成、烧成制度、冷却制度、磨时间、釉层厚度等因素影响明显。

Based on the chemical, mineral and grain size analysis of niobium-tantalum mine tailings, glazes with zinc silicate crystals were prepared by using the tailings, cullet, calcite, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and feldspar as raw materials. The firing temperature was controlled at 1230℃, the crystallization temperature at 1130℃, and the soaking time was 100min. The results show that the formation and the size of the crystal were affected by the formula, the firing schedule, the cooling system, the milling time, and the glazing thickness.
