摘要
为了探索红叶碧桃、紫叶李、红枫、紫叶小檗等几种彩叶植物的抗性生理的差异,分别在2009年10月及2010年4月和5月取样,系统测定了可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量以及POD、CAT、抗坏血酸氧化酶、多酚氧化酶活性等指标,研究4种彩叶植物的渗透调节能力强弱、保护酶活性强弱以及呼吸酶活性强弱差异。结果表明:紫叶李和红叶碧桃的抗性指标较为突出,在生长过渡阶段更能抵御低温伤害,更有利于管理养护。
In order to explore the resistant physiological difference of four kinds of colored plants: Prunus persica f. atropurea-plena, P. cerai fera cv. Pissardii, Acer palmatum, B. thunbergii f. atrapurpurea Rehd, take a sample to measure the index of the content of soluble sugar, free proline and MDA, as well as the active POD,CAT, ascorbic acid oxidase and polyphenol oxidase, separately in October 2009 and April and May 2010. Preliminarily under standing the osmotic adjustment ability, active strength of the protect enzymes and the intensity differences of respiration enzyme activity of these four kinds of colored plants. The results showed that the resistance index of Prunus persicaf. atropurea-plena and P. ceraifera cv. Pissardii were outstanding through the experiment data. During the excessive growth stage, they could withstand the damaged of the low temperature which was beneficial for management conservation.
