摘要
对360份山葡萄种质资源进行了遗传多样性分析研究。从245对引物中筛选出18对用于供试材料的SSR扩增;单条引物扩增条带为4~13条,平均9.44条;扩增产物长度介于150~1000bp,以200-750bp的扩增片段居多;18对引物共扩增出170条带,其中多态性条带167条,多态性百分率为98.2%;Shannon’s多样性指数(I)为1.778051。某些品种(系)产生了特有SSR标记带,共5条,占2.95%。
The analysis of genetic diversity of 360 Vitis arnurensis Rupr. germplasm resources was conducted in the paper. 18 pairs of primers were selected from 245 primers for SSR amplification. A single primer amplified 4-13 bands,average 9.44. Amplified product length was between 150-1 000 bp,and the fragments of 200-750 bp were majority. 18 pairs of primers amplified 170 bands totally, and 167 bands were polymorphic. The polymorphic percentage was 98.2 % and the Shannon' s diversity index(I)was 1. 778051. Some materials produced some unique bands in 360 Vitis amurensis Rupr. germplasm resources. A total of five unique bands were detected, accounting for 2.95%
