摘要
以培养液营养成分的不同溶解状态、不同口径及培养容器、不同装液量、不同接种量、不同震荡频率等为研究对象,探索北冬虫夏草液体菌种制备适宜工艺参数。结果表明:培养液中各营养成分呈溶液或均匀分布状态、培养瓶壁倾斜、装液量小于1/2、接种量0.5%、多个接种单位、震荡频率120 r/min最佳。
Through the various nutrient of the culture fluid, the different caliber and the raise vessel, the different liquid volume, the different inoculating quantity, the different shake frequency and so on as object of study, the optimal processing parameters of preparative sliquid stains of Cordycps militarisc (L). Link were probed. The results showed that the various nutrient of the culture fluid assumed the solution or the uniform distribution, the culture bottle inclined,the liquid volume was smaller than 1/2, inoculating quantity was 0. 5%, many inoculating unit, the optimal shaking freauencv was 120 r/min.
