摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取提取接骨木和东北接骨木果实脂肪酸和不皂化物,并用GC-MS对其进行化学成分的分析。结果表明:从接骨木和东北接骨木果实脂肪酸中分别鉴定出9种化合物,其中5种为共有,即苯酚[2,4-双(1,1-二甲基乙基)]、n-十六烷酸(棕榈酸)、油酸、硬脂酸和不皂化物γ-谷甾醇,但含量有一定差异;二者各有4种是不同的。其中接骨木中有9-十六烯酸、9,12-十八碳二烯酸(亚油酸)(Z,Z)-、异丙基亚油酸盐和顺-9-十八醛;东北接骨木中有顺-11-十六烯酸、顺-9,17-十八碳二烯醛、Z-十八酰胺-9-烯和环丙烷十二炔。
The fatty acids of 2 elderberry(Sambucas williansii Hance and Sambucus manshurica, kitag) were extracted by Supercritical CO2 extraction and their main component were analyzed by GC/MS in this paper. The results showed that they had 9 kinds of components were isolated by Supercritical CO2 extraction, 5 kinds of them were the same as components and they were Phenol[2,4-bis(l, 1-dimethylethyl)], n-Hexadecanoic acid, Oleic Acid, Octadecanoic acid and unsaponifiable matter y-Sitosterol. But the contents of them was difference. 2 kinds elderberry had differently 4 components was different. Sambucas williansii had 9- Hexadecenoic acid (Z, Z)-, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z, Z)-, Isopropyl linoleate and 9-Octadecenal, (Z)-. And Sambucus manshurica had Hexadecenoic acid, Z-11-, 9, 17- Octadecadienal, (Z)-, 9-Octadecenamide, (Z)-and Cyclododecyneo
