煤直接液化工业示范装置运行情况及前景分析

介绍煤直接液化工艺技术的发展历程及世界首套百万吨级煤直接液化工业示范装置的运行情况,讨论其产业发展前景和产业化需要考虑的问题。结合该装置的4次开工、停工运行中出现的问题和改造情况,对影响示范装置长周期运行的因素进行分析。示范装置经过技术改造后连续、稳定运行1 501 h,表明装置的运行是安全可控的;产品质量对比分析结果表明,煤直接液化产品质量达到国家标准,标志着煤直接液化百万吨级装置工业化取得成功。

The development of coal direct liquefaction technology is briefly reviewed and the operation status of the first megaton demonstration unit of coal direct liquefaction process in the world is introduced. By analyzing the problems occurred during the four times of start-up and shut-down operations as well as related revamping, factors influencing long-term operation of the unit are focused. However, this demonstration unit is running smoothly after revamping,and a 1 501 h continuously running indicates that the operation of the unit is safe and controllable. Furthermore, the qualities of the products from this demonstration unit could meet the requirements of related National Standards. All these represent that the operation of this first megaton industrial demonstration unit is successful. Finally, a pros- pect analysis of coal direct liquefaction industry and issues to be considered on commercialization are discussed as well.
