摘要
在已知设计参数的基础上,完成了矿井对旋式通风机的传统设计,并建立整机三维模型,采用流体仿真方法完成了所设计风机全流场的数值模拟,重点分析了风机内部的速度场分布规律。通过在矿井风机设计过程中将理论计算与流体仿真方法有机结合,提高了设计的可靠性。
Based on the given design parameters, the traditional design of a counter-rotating fan used in mines is completed, and a 3D model of the designed fan is built. And then, the fluid simulation method is used to complete the numerical simulation of whole flow field in the designed fan, and the distribution law of the velocity field in the fan is analyzed in detail. Through the combination of theory computation with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method during the fan design process, the reliability of the design was improved.
