Development of manual cleaner for drum-coated residual coal

对带式输送机滚筒浮煤粘结的危害及清理过程中存在的问题进行了深入的分析,原清理方式清除滚筒浮煤的效果不理想,提出研制新型浮煤清理器的设想,最终研制出手动车煤刀清理机构,并应用于生产实践,取得了较好的效果。

The damage of residual coal adhering to the drum of the belt conveyor and problems existing during the residual coal cleaning course are deeply analyzed. In view of the bad cleaning effect obtained with original cleaning methods, the idea of developing new kinds of residual coal cleaner is proposed. Finally, a manual cleaner for residual coal is developed, and its application in actual production achieves good effects.
