摘要
基于SolidWorks Simulation软件对新型破碎机专用减速器箱体进行模态分析,得到了其前5阶固有频率及主振型。分析结果表明,该减速器箱体前2阶固有频率与齿轮啮合频率接近时,箱体会发生共振,从而提出了增强箱体抗振性的具体措施,为进行减速器箱体的动力学特性设计了提供理论依据。
After the modal analysis of the special casing of the reducer in new-type crusher is carried out by SolidWorks Simulation, its natural frequencies and main vibration modes of preceding five orders are obtained. The analysis results show that while the natural frequencies of preceding two orders of the reducer casing is close to the engagement frequency of the gears, resonance occurs. So specific measures to enhance the vibration-resistant property of the reducer casing are proposed. The study offers theoretical references for the dynamic design of the reducer casing.
