介绍了往复式活塞隔膜泵的结构及工作原理,建立了几何模型的数值仿真模型即隔膜泵的虚拟样机模型,利用ADAMS运动学分析软件对隔膜泵进行了运动学分析,仿真得到的结果有较高的精度,效果令人满意,为隔膜泵的开发和参数优化提供了理论依据。
After introducing the structure and working principle of the reciprocating piston diaphragm pump, the paper establishes the numerical simulation model of geometric model called virtual prototype model of the diaphragm pump, and conducts the kinematical analysis of the diaphragm pump using the kinematics analysis software ADMAS. The simulation results are satisfactory for high precision and provide theoretical basis for the development and the parametric optimization of the diaphragm pump.
