里院建筑是青岛本土特有的居住建筑形式,是城市肌理的重要组成元素。在建筑样式上融合了中式四合院和西方商住式公寓的建筑风格,是与青岛殖民历史和本土文化共同发展起来的一种建筑形式。里院建筑记录着青岛平民阶层在特定时代的生活状态,成为青岛平民文化的博物馆。该文通过分析里院建筑的建筑形式、空间特点、街区特色及现状保护情况,同时对里院的文化、历史及艺术价值进行阐述,希望能引起社会对于这类建筑群的关注,以促进历史建筑的可持续发展和城市的文脉保护。

Liyuan-system Residence is an unique local residential form of qingdao,which is also an important component of the city＇s basic elements.The architectural style is a combination of Chinese architectural style and western residential apartments,Liyuan-system Residence developed with colonial history and Qingdao indigenous culture.It records the life of Qingdao civilians at a particular time,and becomes a civilian culture museum of Qingdao.The paper analysed the building types,Space characteristics,history blocks and protection situation of Liyuan-system Residence,meanwhile it also described the cultural,historical and artistic value.We hope to cause social concern for such buildings,and promote the sustainable development of historical buildings and urban context protection.
