Population Status of the Shanghai Aging and Trends in Pension Facilities

上海作为国内率先步入老龄化,同时也是老龄化程度最高的城市,积累了很多养老政策和建设方面的经验。该文从老年人生理及心理的需求出发,通过几个上海养老设施的案例,来分析养老设施建筑设计的要点及发展趋势。

Shanghai,as took the lead into the aging in China,but also the city with the highest level of aging,had accumulated a lot of pension policy and construction experience.In this paper,as the starting of physical and psychological needs of the elderly,we analyze the design of pension facility construction points and trends by a few case of Shanghai pension facilities.
