摘要
用多层并接式膜组件来进行空气隙膜蒸馏试验,验证4种国产聚四氟乙烯膜在该组件上的应用可行性,考察了不同热工质、同工质不同浓度条件下流量、温差的变化对膜通量的影响,通过比较,在试验所用4种膜中4#膜(PP长丝)是比较适合该组件的聚四氟乙烯膜。在不同浓度条件下考察了4#膜的膜污染情况,盐水浓度越大,膜通量下降越快,膜污染越严重。增加膜组件的并联层数,用4#膜试验,可使该组件的产水量达到140 kg.d-1以上。
Four kinds of PTFE membrane were used in multi-layer parallel connection air gap membrane distillation experimental and were tested the application of feasibility on this module.The effect of operation temperature difference and concentrations flow in different membranes,different hot working substance,the same working substance but different concentration on permeate flux was studied by the multi-layer parallel connection membrane module.The 4# membrane is more suitable for the membrane module.The membrane fouling of the 4# membrane was confirmed in different concentrations.The saline water strength was bigger,the membrane flux dropped was quicker,the membrane fouling was more serious.With the 4# membrane assay,the daily water production of the membrane module can reach above 140 kg by increasing parallel layers of the membrane module.
