建立一套合理完善的循环经济评价指标体系是循环经济建设的基础性工作,也是考核循环经济发展效果的定量标准。文章从循环经济的本质和运行机理出发,试图从物质流分析的视角提出符合我国国情的循环经济发展评价体系并展开相关实证分析,力图由点及面,为我国建立循环经济发展评价体系提供参考。

The development of circular economy requires the establishment of corresponding evaluation system. Combining the borrowed thought of material flow analysis and our country＇s actual situation, the paper lays out the design for building up our country＇s evaluation index system of circular economy and carries on an empirical analysis.
