绿色物流系统外部经济性评价

Research on the Evaluation of Green Logistics System External Economy

外部经济性是绿色物流系统的重要特性,对其进行科学评价对于加速绿色物流的发展、促进绿色物流系统社会效益的发挥具有重要作用。文章从外部经济性的角度构建了对绿色物流系统社会效益进行评价的理论模型,分别用定性和定量分析的方法对生态环境效益、节约社会资源、缓解城市交通压力、提高社会经济效率、促进物流技术的发展与创新这些指标进行了分析和评价。以此说明发展绿色物流的必要性,并为国家制订发展绿色物流相关政策提供依据。

External economy as an important feature of green logistics system, its scientific evaluation plays an important role both in acceleration of green logistics and promotes the social benefits of green logistics. From the perspective of the external economy a theoretical model was constructed to evaluate the social benefits of the green logistics system, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods were used to analysis and evaluate the indexes that environmental benefits, resource saving, ease the pressure on urban traffic, improve the socio-economic efficiency and promote the development of logistics technology and innovation. In order to illustrate the necessity of develop green logistics and provide the basis for state to draw up the green logistics development policy.
