摘要 大岗山水电站混凝土拱坝高210 m,坝址两岸边坡陡峻,坝肩开挖边坡高约500 m。针对峡谷高坝坝肩开挖所面临的施工条件差、施工进度慢、环保水保难、安全风险大等问题,果断决策实施提前分流的建设方案,尽快在基坑形成集渣条件,提高出渣效率,以加快坝肩的开挖进度,同时也能满足环境保护、公共交通过坝、安全生产等方面的要求。方案实施后,彻底改善了前期坝肩开挖的施工条件,使工程建设得到快速、环保、安全的推进。 The concrete arch dam of Dagangshan Hydropower Station is 210 m high,the side slope of both banks in the dam-site is steep,and the excavation height of the abutments is about 500 m.In view of the problems such as the poor construction condition,slow construction progress,difficult environmental protection and water conservation and great security risks,we implement the construction scheme of flow diversion in advance with the decisive decision-making and form slag accumulation in the foundation pit as soon as possible to improve the residue efficiency,which accelerated the excavation progress of the abutments and met the requirements of environmental protection,public transportation passing the dam and safe production.After the implementation,the pre-construction conditions of slope excavation of abutments can be radically improved to promote the rapid,environmental and safe construction.
