大岗山水电工程监理效果评价初探

Study on evaluation of supervision effects of Dagangshan Hydropower Station

在水电工程建设中,监理效果评价可以反映施工阶段监理工作的实际情况,业主通过对监理人员的监理效果进行评价,可以达到提高监理单位整体工作质量和水平的目的。结合大岗山工程监理管理的现状,提出了监理效果评价的指标,建立了监理效果的评价体系,希望能够促进监理工作的规范管理,为大岗山工程建设的顺利推进献计献策。

The evaluation of supervision effects of hydropower projects can reflect the actual situation of supervision in the construction phase;the owner can achieve the objective of improving the overall quality and level of the supervision company through carrying out the evaluation of supervision effects on the supervisors.Combining with the present situation of supervision management of Dagangshan Hydropower Station,we proposed the evaluation index of the supervision effects,and established the corresponding evaluating system,hoping to facilitate the standard management of the supervision and provide references for the smooth implementation of Dagangshan Hydropower Station construction.
