摘要
大岗山水电站为混凝土双曲拱坝,在拱坝基础及两岸传力部位分布较多性状较差的辉绿岩脉,对建筑物的稳定性和基础应力传递极为不利。为有效解决辉绿岩脉地质缺陷,采用高压水泥-化学复合灌浆技术进行试验,即在水泥灌浆的基础上进行化学灌浆复合,并运用综合测试技术对灌浆效果进行评价,试验效果达到了设计所提各项指标要求,可直接指导大岗山水电站辉绿岩脉加固处理施工,亦可供其他分布有辉绿岩脉的水工建筑物基础处理借鉴。
The dam of Dagangshan Hydropower Station is double curved arch dam with the height of 210 m,and several diabase dikes distributed at the dam foundation and force transferring zones of tow banks,which were adverse to the stability and stress condition of the dam.The test was conducted using high-pressure cement grouting and composite chemical grouting technology to solve this geological defect,i.e.chemical grouting was conducted based on cement grouting,and the grouting effect was checked by comprehensive test method.The test results show the grouting can meet designed indexes and the grouting technology can guide the reinforcement construction of diabase dikes of Dagangshan Hydropower Station and also has reference values for similar projects with daibase dike foundation.
