摘要
在强调地勘单位财务部门对经济合同实施监管的必要性与可行性的基础上,从合同管理实务出发,探讨了财务如何实施环节控制,并结合其他控制体系共同完成对经济合同的监管,有效解决合同签订、履行、结算过程中存在的问题,依法维护单位的合法权益,提升单位竞争力。
On the base of necessity and feasibility of supervisory to economic contracts in geological exploration units finance department,the paper discusses how to control financial links.Combined with other control systems the supervisory to economic contracts is achieved together.The problems existing in signing,carrying out,balancing of contracts are effectively solved.Lawful rights and interests of units are maintained,and competitiveness of units is advanced.
