摘要
目的:比较以不同骨龄标准所评价的青少年手腕骨骨龄与生活年龄的差异,为当代法医学提供一种更精确的推测年龄的方法。方法:随机抽取360名(男198,女162)12~18岁生长发育正常的青少年,按CHN法和CHN05法骨龄标准评价手腕部X线片骨龄,并对不同方法评价的骨龄及生活年龄进行统计学分析。结果:在男12~16.5岁、女12~14.5岁之间,CHN骨龄减生活年龄之差值分别为0.33~0.99岁和0.53~1.15岁(P〈0.01);CHN05骨龄减生活年龄的差值分别为-0.25~0.20岁和-0.28~0.06岁(P〉0.05)。在男17~18岁、女15~17岁之间,CHN骨龄减生活年龄的差值分别为-0.53~-1.07岁和-0.12~-1.14岁(P〈0.05),CHN05骨龄减生活年龄的差值分别为-0.32~-0.56岁和-0.24~-0.81岁(P〈0.05)。结论:CHN法骨龄小于生活年龄,在大部分年龄组CHN05骨龄与生活年龄基本一致。
Objective:To compare the difference between wrist bone age and living age in the adolescent by different standards of bone age,and to provide a more accurate method of speculating age for contemporary forensic. Methods:Three hundred and sixty from 12 years old to18 years old(198 male,162 female) normal growth and development adolescents were collected randomly in which bone age of wrist X-ray were evaluated by CHN and CHN05 methods,and bone age and living age were analyzed statistically. Results:In male 12 to male 16.5 years old and female 12 to male 14.5 years old,the difference of CHN bone age minus living age were respectively 0.33~0.99 years old and 0.53~1.15 years old(P0.01) ,the difference of CHN05 bone age minus living age were respectively-0.25~0.20 years old and-0.28~0.06 years old(P0.05) .In male 17 to male 18 years old and female 15 to male 17 years old,the difference of CHN bone age minus living age were respectively-0.53~-1.07 years old and-0.12~-1.14 years old(P0.05) ,the difference of CHN05 bone age minus living age were respectively-0.32~-0.56 years old and-0.24~-0.81 years old(P0.05) . Conclusion:Bone age is less than living age in CHN method,but CHN05 bone age and living age are basically the same in mainly age groups.
