摘要
噻二唑类化合物具有较好的杀菌、杀虫、除草及植物生长调节活性,因而引起人们对它的关注。随着农药的大量使用,抗性问题也困扰着人们。但是在噻二唑结构上不同位置引入不同的官能团,其抑菌活性有提高趋势,这是解决抗性问题的有效途径之一。近年来,报道最多的是含1,2,3噻二唑基团和1,3,4噻二唑基团化合物的抑菌活性,因此本文简要介绍了国内外噻二唑化合物的抑菌活性研究进展。
Thiazole derivatives with good antibacterial, insecticidal, herbicidal and plant growth regulating activity, attracted considerable attention. With heavy pesticide usage, people were puzzled by the resistance problems. However, incorporating many different functional group into the thiazole moiety, antibacterial bioactivity was improved. This was an effective way of solving problems of resistance. In recent years, the antibacterial activity of 1,2,3 -thiadiazole and 1,3, 4 -thiadiazole derivatives was massively reported, and the research advances in the antibacterial activity of thiadiazole compounds was introduced briefly.
