摘要
采用三氯甲基碳酸酯和苯酚为原料,以有机胺作催化剂,在碱性环境中合成碳酸二苯酯,考察了合成过程中催化剂和加料方式等条件对碳酸二苯酯产品产率和品质的影响,并筛选出最优化合成条件:二氯甲烷作为反应溶剂,三乙胺为催化剂,向苯酚水悬浮体中同时滴加三氯甲基碳酸酯二氯甲烷溶液和30%NaOH水溶液,控制釜温不超过30℃。
With bis(trichlormethyl) carbonate and phenol as raw materials and organic amine as catalyst to synthesis diphenyl carbonate in alkaline environment, the synthetic process condition influenced on diphenyl carbonate product yield and quality was inspected such as catalyst and way of feeding. The optimization synthesis conditions were obtained as methylene chloride as solvent, triethylamine as catalyst, adding bis(triehlormethyl) carbonate of methylene chloride solution and 30% NaOH aqueous solution to phenol aqueous solution, and less than 30 ℃.
