摘要
制备了含锰、铬、钼、钒的取代磷钨杂多酸,采用红外、X-射线衍射、ICP对制备的化合物进行了分析及表征,结果表明,制备所得化合物是Keggin结构的杂多酸。研究了这些杂多酸催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛,在催化剂的用量为反应物总质量的2.0%,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为1 h的条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达72.5%。
The heteropoly acids contained manganese, chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium were prepared, which was characterized by IR, XRD and ICP, and revealed that the compounds synthesized in the present work were Keggin structure. The catalytic performance of the heteropoly acids for the synthesis of benzaldehyde glycol acetal were in- vestigated, under the reaction condition of reaction temperature 120℃, amount of catalyst 2.0% , reaction time 1 h, and the yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal can obtain to 72.5%.
