以GPS为基础的电力系统实时网损计算研究 被引量:7

摘要 要利用实时数据进行网损计算,需要解决实时采集数据不全的问题、数据中的坏数据问题和异地采集的数据同时性问题,舍此不能完成网损的实时计算。本文则旨在阐述解决上述问题的途径。通过接口程序,电网运行参数直接由历史数据库中读取,并利用快速PQ分解状态估计法对这些原始数据进行加工,继而计算出准确的电网损耗,并说明了如何利用全球卫星定位系统(GPS)保证数据的同时性。文中对实现实时网损计算的《安徽省220kV 主网网损在线计算软件包》做了说明。 The problem of calculating the power loss based on the measured real time data is interested in by the engineers and scientific researchers. To ensure the simultaneity of all data, to ensure the completeness of all data being collected and to avoid the bad data are the key technique for real time power loss calculation. The approaches to solve above mentioned problems are presented in the paper. Through the interface procedure the operating parameters are obtained directly from the historic database, and by means of the state estimate method using fast decoupled P Q the obtained data is processed, then the accurate power loss in power system can be calculated. The method of how to use Global Positioning System(GPS) to improve the simultaneity of the data is described. In this paper the software package for real time power loss calculation is presented.This software package is successfully used in Dispatching and Communication Bureau of Anhui Power Company to calculate the power loss of 220kV power system, the practice shows that the calculation result is accurate and reliable.
