论墨子“非乐节用”观与现代女性消费

Mozi's Virtues of Thrift versus Modern Female Consumption

"非乐节用"观是墨子针对消费提出的重要理念,以此观念运用于当代女性消费,可产生正负两种截然不同的效应。"非乐节用"对现代女性无度消费起到了批评和劝解作用,但是从女性心理健康和推动社会生产力的角度来讲,墨子的"非乐节用"观就存在一定的局限性。

Mozi exhorted people to lead a life of asceticism and self-restraint,renouncing both material and spiritual extravagance which he saw as serving no useful purpose.When this philosophy is applied to the consumption behaviors of modern females,there might be two distinct reactions： positive and negative.Mozi＇s virtues of thrift serve the purpose of criticizing and admonishing modern females against excessive consumption,but from the perspectives of female mental health and promotion of social productive forces,his philosophy of virtues of thrift is not without limitations.
