摘要
为用户服务是图书馆工作的核心和出发点,而模式是服务的重点。数字图书馆信息服务模式以用户信息需求满足和问题解决为目标,这是数字图书馆信息服务的主要发展方向,也是数字图书馆发展的客观要求。本文具体分析了数字图书馆正在开展并不断推广的信息服务的不同模式,以及影响信息服务模式的制约因素,并提出相应的对策。
Providing quality service to customers is at the core of the job duties of a librarian,and the mode of service is the key.The information service mode of digital libraries takes the satisfaction of customers' information needs and the settlement of their problems as its ultimate end,which is in line with the main development direction of the information service mode of digital libraries as well as with the objective requirements of the future development of digital libraries.The paper explores the diverse information service modes of digital libraries and the constraining factors that affect these modes.As a result,corresponding countermeasures are proposed in the paper.
