摘要
以新建电厂2 ×300 MW 机组水力排渣系统为例,根据水力排渣的工艺特点,提出PLC 控制系统总体设计方案,包括过程级PLC、监控级IPC控制、检测元件选型和软件程序框图设计等,对排渣控制系统设计提出改进意见。
With hydraulic slag removal system of 2×300 MW generating units in a newly built thermal power plant as example,and in light of technological features of hydraulic slag removal,the overall design scheme of PLC control system is put forward,including control of process level PLC and monitoring level IPC,types selection of detecting elements,conceptual design of software program etc.,and finally the improvement suggestions on design of hydraulic slag removal control system are raised.
