摘要
为解决火电厂湿式除尘器除尘效率低、堵灰、烟气带水和引起风机振动问题,研制成功了高效、具有脱硫能力的泡沫式脱硫除尘器。通过模拟试验及测试,该除尘器效率可达99-20 % ,不加掺烧脱硫剂的脱硫率达34-88 % ,验证了该除尘器阻力小、效率高、防腐措施得力、投资及运行费用低的优点,适合中、小型燃煤电厂及工业锅炉使用。
In order to solve the problems existing in wet dust collector of thermal power plants:low dust collection efficiency,ash fouling,mositure carrying over of flue gas and caused vibration of induced draft fans etc.,the foaming type high efficiency desulphurization?dust collector with desulphurization capability has been successfully researched and developed.The simulation test and measuring indicated that,the efficiency of such kind dust collector could reach 99.20%,the efficiency of desulphurization when no desulfuration agent injected into furnace could reach 34.88%,which proves that such kind dust collector features low resistance,high efficiency,anticorrosive measures effective,low investment and operation cost etc. strong points,being appropriate for application in small and medium size coal?fired power plants and industrial boilers.
