热休克蛋白与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的相关性研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 热休克蛋白(HSPs)是一组具有重要生理功能,进化上高度保守的蛋白质分子家族。HSPs在心血管系统中发挥重要作用,与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生发展相关,HSPs的功能调节可影响心肌缺血性疾病的治疗,改变动脉粥样硬化的进程。现从不同HSPs表达水平的变化在冠心病发生发展过程中的作用,探讨HSPs与冠心病病程的关系及干预措施对预后的影响。 Heat shock proteins(HSPs) is a family of protein molecules with important physiological functions and evolutionarily highly conserved.HSPs not only plays an important role in cardiovascular system but also has relationship with development of coronary heart disease.The regulation of HSPs function can affect the treatment of myocardial ischemic disease and change the process of atherosclerosis.This article reviewed current date about HSPs in coronary heart disease and therapeutic effect from the changes of expression level of HSPs.
