摘要
目的探讨普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀对高血压心室重构及动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法选取2008年12月至2010年6月于本院进行治疗的88例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(瑞舒伐他汀组)44例和观察组(普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀组)44例,对两组患者治疗前及治疗后4、8个月的舒张期室间隔厚度、舒张末左心室内径、左心室后壁厚度、左心室重量指数、射血分数及室间隔、主动脉根部背向散射积分和背向散射积分心动周期变化幅度、内膜中层厚度进行检测及比较。结果观察组治疗后4、8个月的舒张期室间隔厚度、舒张末左心室内径、左心室后壁厚度、左心室重量指数、内膜中层厚度、室间隔、主动脉根部背向散射积分均低于对照组,射血分数及室间隔、主动脉根部背向散射积分心动周期变化幅度高于对照组(P均<0.05),均有显著性差异。结论普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀对高血压心室重构及动脉粥样硬化影响较大,效果明显,可显著改善心功能及动脉硬化状况。
Objective To study the influence of probucol combined with rosuvastatin for ventricular remodeling and atherosclerosis of hypertension.Methods 88 patients with hypertension in our hospital from December 2008 to June 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（rosuvastatin group）44 cases and observation group（probucol combined with rosuvastatin group）44 cases,then the diastolic interventricular septum thickness,end-diastolic left ventricular diameter,left ventricular posterior wall thickness,left ventricular mass index,ejection fraction and integrated backscatter and cyclic variation of integrated backacatter of interventricular septum and aortic root of two groups before and after the treatment at forth and eighth month were detected and compared.Results The diastolic interventricular septum thickness,end-diastolic left ventricular diameter,left ventricular posterior wall thickness,left ventricular mass index and integrated backscatter of interventricular septum and aortic root of observation group after the treatment at forth and eighth month were lower than those of control group,ejection fraction and cyclic variation of integrated backacatter of interventricular septum and aortic root were higher than those of control group（all P〈0.05）,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The influence of probucol combined with rosuvastatin for ventricular remodeling and atherosclerosis of hypertension is bigger,the effects is obvious,and it can improve the situation of cardiac function and arteriosclerosis.
