摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将61例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规内科治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀口服,疗程3个月。观察用药前后患者左心室舒张末容积(EDV)、收缩末容积(ESV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及心功能分级变化。结果治疗前两组各指标间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组EDV、ESV、心功能分级、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能。
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Atorvastatin in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods 61 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group;the control group received routine medical treatment,while the treatment group received routine medical treatment and oral atorvastatin,both under a treatment course of 3 months.Left ventricular EDV,ESV,LVEF,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and cardiac function changes of patients were observed before and after the treatment.Results Before the treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in all indexes of the two groups（P〉0.05）;after the treatment,compared with control group,treatment group EDV,ESV,and TC,LDL-C decreased（P〈0.05）,LVEF increased（P〈0.05）,cardiac function improved significantly.Conclusion Atorvastatin can improve heart function of patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
