老年抑郁症的临床特征及可能致病因素研究

目的:探索老年抑郁症的临床特征及相关问题。方法:66老年抑郁症患者为研究组,对照组98例非老年抑郁症患者,两组分别从性别、文化程度、家庭史、自伤行为、脑电图和病前性格等方面对照分析。结果:两组在性别、精神症状、自伤行为、脑电图和病前性格等方面差异明显。结论:老年抑郁症患者与非老年抑郁症患者有诸多不同之处,应多加关注。

Objective：To explore the clinical features of depression and related problems. Methods ：66 elderly depressed patients for the study group and control group 98 eases of non -elderly patients with depression, two groups were gender, education level, family history, serf- injurious behavior, EEG and premorbid personality and so control analysis. Results：Two groups in sex, psychiatric symptoms, self- injurious behavior, EEG and other aspects of premorbid personality differences are significant. Conclusion： Elderly patients with depression in younger patients with depression has many different, should pay more attention.
