摘要
目的探讨改良气管插管降低气管插管病人脱管的发生率及其口角损伤发生率的效果。方法将223例气管插管病人随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组115例,使用改良气管插管固定带;对照组108例,使用传统白扁带固定。比较2种方法气管插管脱出及口角损伤发生率。结果观察组病人气管插管脱出率、口角损伤发生率显著低于对照组(p<0.01)。结论改良气管插管固定带能有效降低气管插管脱管及口角损伤,值得在临床中推广。
Objective：To explore the effect of improved intubation fixation tap on reducing the extubation rate and the incidence of mouth injury. Methods：223 intubated patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group. Observed group with 115 patients used the improved fixation tap to fix endotracheal intubation patients.Control group with 108 patients used the traditional white tap to fix the patients.Comparing of two methods,monitoring the extubation rate and mouth injury. Results：The observation group was significantly lower than the control group with the extubation rate and mouth injury rate（p0.01）. Conclusion：The improved fixation tap can effectively reduce the incidence of extubation and mouth injury for endotracheal intubation patients. It is worth of promoting in the clinical nursing practice.
