Effect Of Health Education On Relative Knowledge And Skills of Family Caregivers Of Long-term Nasal Feeding Patients

目的探讨健康教育对长期鼻饲患者的家庭照顾者相关知识和技能的影响。方法抽取32例长期鼻饲患者的家庭照顾者,就鼻饲相关知识和操作技能掌握情况,做出系统的健康教育计划并进行实施,实施后对照顾者进行问卷调查、技能考核,并观察鼻饲情况,比较实施前后照顾者对鼻饲护理知识的知晓情况。结果培训后照顾者对鼻饲相关知识的知晓情况及操作技能明显提高(p<0.05)。结论实施健康教育能保证长期鼻饲患者的安全,缩短患者住院时间,提高鼻饲患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of health education on relative knowledge and skills of family caregivers of long-term nasal feeding patients. Methods：32 family caregivers of long-term nasal feeding patients were investigated,then they were given systematic health education,the rate of awareness of nasal feeding care knowledge was compared before and after the implementation. Results：The rate of awareness of nasal feeding care knowledge after the implementation was more that before the implementation（p0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of health education can ensure the safety of long-term nasal feeding patients,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the quality of life of long-term nasal feeding patients.
